We are happy to present this tall and elegant, 2010 Hanoverian filly for sale.

Caron OBX is sired by Contucci (Caprimond / Lungau / Akzent II) and out of SPS Komtess V, aka Rivita (Riverman / Carolus / Coriolan). Her personality is superbly pleasant and has been raised to have no fears. She would rather spend her day with you, than in the pasture with other horses. She puts on a terrific show every night, which we call ‘The Dance at Dusk’.

Comments made by visitors who have witnessed her ‘Dance’ include: breathtaking, gorgeous, I can’t take my eyes off her, my heart is pounding just watching her, she is very special!!
Caron OBX should mature about 16.3 H, because Contucci is 16.3 ½ H and Rivita is 16.3 H. At ten months of age she is 15.0 hands and she looks just like her pedigree.

Caron OBX’s Full Sister and Brother Win at Dressage at Devon:

In 2009, Conturri and Constantine, both sired by Contucci, won the Produce of Dam class for Rivita and then each won their respective Hanoverian IBC classes: Conturri, for 3 & over, and Constantine, for 2 & under.
In 2010, Conturri was Reserve Champion Mare and placed 2nd in two classes under saddle, then won the Maiden Mares class with an 82.15%. Dylan, Rivita’s colt by Donarweiss, finished with a Top 10 placing in the yearling colt class.

We are happy to present this fine 2010, Hanoverian filly for sale.

Wingina OBX is sired by Wamberto (Rousseau / Voltaire / Dutchboy) and out of SPS Brimming (Banter / PB Adroit / Akzent I). She has her sire’s good looks and well muscled body. Her elasticity gets everyone’s attention as she plays in the pasture field while leading all of the other horses. She loves attention and will stand forever, as long as you are touching her. At ten months of age she is 14.2 hands.

She is owned by Marty and Wendy Costello, Kent Island Sporthorses, on the eastern shore of Maryland. ‘Princess’ joins another Brimming daughter, Wowie, who is also an Elite Hanoverian Mare. She was bred by George and Catherine Walker at Middlefield Farm. Wowie is owned by Virginia Tech and is part of their prestigious broodmare band.

Rodanthe OBX (Royal Prince X SPS Brimming/Banter):

We are presenting this outstanding four year old Hanoverian mare for sale. She has been carefully raised on our farm and correctly started under saddle in the classical way with Janeen Lingowski-Grava. She currently stands 16.1 and should mature about 16.2 hands. She is a lovely mare, with wonderful performance gaits and a very personable temperament. Her fluid movement and elasticity makes her stand out in a crowd. She loves attention and is eager to greet you when visiting her in the pasture.

Janeen has this to say about Rodanthe OBX: “Rodanthe is a 4 yr. old mare with exceptional talent for dressage. Her correct conformation and willing attitude allow her to progress easily and retain what she has learned. She is very balanced under saddle with willingness to move forward and maintain her rhythm. She has a “10” free walk with an easy over-stride of 4-5 hoof prints, she has a natural floating over-stride in the trot with good freedom of the shoulder. Her canter is very balanced and uphill with good ground cover.
She is green broke with classical dressage training methods and can lunge with side-reins or long-line. She has lunged over trot poles and cavelletties.”
